What comes in a grass finished mixed beef quarter from us? Check out this video where we describe all the different cuts and approximately how much you'll get delivered to you!
This video shows a mixed quarter beef breakdown. A half beef will have twice as much, a whole beef four times as much, and an eighth of beef half as much.

A quarter beef typically yields around 120lbs of beef for your freezer. In a quarter beef you will receive ground beef, stewing beef, beef brisket, a selection of roasts including Cross rib, Sirloin Tip, and Round roasts. You will also receive a selection of steaks including Sirloin, New York Striploin, and Tenderloin.
If you are wondering about a half or whole beef, a half will be around 240 lbs of finished beef, and whole will be around 480 lbs of beef for your freezer. Both with a similar selection as described above.
There are a lot of differences, to name a few:
To order in bulk; head to our store and place your deposit for either a 1/8, 1/4, 1/2, or full beef. This reserves your beef and your deposit will go towards your final bill.
If you order a 1/2 or a full beef, download our fillable form to give us your custom cutting and wrapping instructions: fill this out and email it to us at sales@tatalroseranch.ca
Once your beef is ready we will let you know and coordinate delivery and then bring it right to you!
